Infrastructure and environment at the office; team strength

The work environment is a descent one. There are various cubicles in which the proceedings take place. The cubicles are big enough to accommodate the parties, two mediators and a couple of interns. The cubicles are all of A.C.

Main task (please elaborate)

The interns are supposed to observe the proceedings of the Mediation case and take notes. In the whole process you get to interact with the Mediators and get to learn things about how the cases are referred and then taken up in the mediation centre and also about how the dispute is resolved.

Overall experience; pros & cons

My experience was really good. I got to learn everything about the Mediation process and also got to interact with the Mediators. The mediators are really friendly and they are very well acquainted with interns being around. The mediators are open to questions.
