I attended the conferences which gave me the idea of different kinds of questions and turns in law. A conference is between Senior Advocate and other Advocate, who comes on the behalf of litigant party. The conference is too some extent a moot court in which Senior Advocate asks different questions from other counsel. Then a whole 700-page file is written by Senior Advocate on single paper for arguments on next day in court. What he writes on that paper can only be learned through conferences and attending the proceedings of the court.
Overall experience; pros & cons
No cons. Pros. 1. learnt some Supreme Court rules and applied them in moot. 2. Read some Important Judgments, which were told by Senior.
Exposure. I saw Shri Jethmalani arguing in a case.
